•  Attendance in the school is compulsory for all the students for the full session.
•  Leave will not be granted on verbal or telephonic message.
•  A student will not normally be allowed to leave the school during the school timings. However, if there is a necessity, the parents will have to write an application, come personally and procure a Gate- Pass from the class teacher, which will be approved and countersigned by the principal.
•  Attendance is compulsory both on the opening & on the last working days of each vacation. Absence must be notified in the “Regularity Record” provided in the school diary by the parents.
•  A student returning to school after sickness must produce a fitness certificate from the doctor.
•  A student who is absent without proper permission for more than three days consecutively during the year will have his/ her name struck off from the school rolls.

Other Rules

•  The almanac must be brought to the school every day and must be used for notices, homeworks etc.
•  Parents are requested to ensure that their children are properly equipped with uniform, books and other materials required.
•  The students should address all members of the staff with due respect and courtesy. They must show politeness and be gentle to their companions. Refinement in manners, uprightness and self-restraint should be cultivated by every pupil of the school.

•  Parents should check the diary, work books, test copies and note the remarks regularly. They should take general interest in the progress of the child.
•  Students must communicate with their teachers, friends and others in English only. Those not willing to abide by this regulation will be asked to leave the school.
•  Pupils are answerable to the school authorities for their moral tone and conduct even outside the school.
•  The school does not accept the responsibility for the loss of books, money, cycles, clothes and other things brought by students.
•  Nobody is allowed to go home during the class hours.
•  A student who has damaged any school property has to pay fine for the damage. A minimum fine of Rs 500/- will be imposed on the defaulters.
•  No collection of any kind (even fines) or any sale of ticket for any purpose is permitted in the school without the written permission of the Principal.
•  During games/ P.T. / Breaks nobody is allowed to remain in the class rooms or go outside the school premises.
•  Students should stand up whenever the principal, teachers or distinguished visitors talk to them.If the parents have any genuine suggestions to make, they can do so to the Principal in writing.
•  Parents/ Guardians and students may not approach the school teachers or any other member of the staff for any type of favour and are also not to give them any gifts.
•  Parents/ Guardians are requested to inform the Principal in writing of any change in their address at the earliest.
•  Students must move in lines when they go for their games, Library, practical or work experience classes.
•  Student must line up properly to board their respective buses.
•  Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet a teacher during the school hours without the permission of the principal.
•  Criticism of either a teacher or the school should be scrupulously avoided by a student.
•  No student should wear costly ornaments. Girls Students are not allowed to apply nail polish.
•  No one is permitted to call his/ her friends, or allowed to entertain guests in the school.
•  Parents/ Guardians are advised not to provide motor- cycles to their wards.
